Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro M255dw

Hello,

 

Teacher who splurged on a laser jet printer as we do not have access to color printing at my school. Any ideas why my documents print with blank spots? Same shape in different locations on this particular document but occurs inconsistently with other documents. Sometimes size, shape, location is different and sometimes document prints perfectly fine. I also have blank ink spots on the backside of single page documents. Ink is not low and prints clearly otherwise, but could the toner cartridges be faulty?
