had to buy my own ink and now am shut down on my printer from all print functions

Just to understand better:

Are you using an HP+ printer that requires an active Instant Ink subscription?

Did your printer stop printing after you inserted non-HP or store-bought ink?

Is there any specific error message showing on the printer or HP Smart app?
