Big gap at the bottom of pictures

Hi there,

I'm trying to borderless print some photos on 4*6 photo papers, but the issue is there is a big gap at the bottom of the pictures. Maybe the printer thinks there is a removable tab at the end of the paper, but there isn't. 

Anyway, I tried different settings, I even deleted and re-installed the drivers l, but nothing seems to work.

Here is a sample picture found on an older thread that perfectly illustrates the issue I'm having. 

Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

The printer hardware does not support borderless printing:

The bottom margins must match or exceed 12.7mm and cannot exceed this margin

Ok for the borderless printing but what about the big gap at the bottom ?
