I have a monthly subscription with Instant Ink.  The black cartridge is now saying that it is incompatible and not intended for use in this printer.  It has run out and not registering with my account to be renewed.  How do I order another one?

Hi @Kez19 ,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you're experiencing issues with an incompatible black cartridge in your Instant Ink subscription, it's recommended to follow these steps to resolve the issue:

Check Cartridge Compatibility: Make sure you have the correct cartridge for your printer model. Sometimes, using an incompatible cartridge can lead to such issues.

Restart Your Printer: Turn off your printer and unplug it for a minute. Then, plug it back in and turn it on. This can sometimes reset the printer and resolve compatibility issues.

Update Firmware: Ensure that your printer's firmware is up to date. Manufacturers often release updates to address compatibility issues and improve overall performance.
