Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

I recently had to change the black ink cartridge, but it keeps showing an error that the cartridge was not installed correctly. I never touched the copper wires and the tri-color ink cartridge is perfectly fine. The cartridge claims to be the same cartridge number as the previous ink cartridges, but the black is not being recognized, but I have no more black ink and I need the black ink.
