Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have a HP All in One printer HP2620. I havent used it alot, I have tried to print and copy, but the Black ink isnt printing.

The black cartridge is showing 3 blocks on the ink level and the colour is showing 2 blocks. So I have the ink.

Colour is working, when I do a test print, but not the black.

I tried to print a text document, which had one line in red the rest in black text and confusingly the red text printed in black, while the black text didnt print at all, very confusing.

But trying to copy and print in black ink isn not working - can I get new cartidges from HP? I am using the under 15 pages a month, although testing and attempting to prit now has me at 12/15.

Any ideas, is the black blocked - I have tried it on wet paper and black ink appears.

The printer is out of warrenty.

Thank you
