HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

Just discovered that a family member had installed a new black instant  ink cartridge in the printer without removing the nozzle tape.  The printer had shown a cartridge error for a few months because of this.  I just found the issue and removed the tape.  Now the printer recognizes the cartridge and the ink level shows full, but the black cartridge does not print at all.  The nozzles must be dried and plugged.  I have performed the Clean Printhead routine (both levels) multiple times and attempted to manually clean the printhead with wet tissue.  Still, no print.  I need a new black cartridge from HP asap.  How do I get that sent to me?
