Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I create a new Word document. I type test page 1 on page 1, test page 2 on page 2, etc. All pages following page one have a vertical line on the left side. It is clearing being printed and it not a smudge or something. This occurs when printing from multiple devices (Windows 10 and 11). 

 

I have used all maintenance tools (print quality report, align printer, clean printhead), checked for updates, removed and reinstalled the printer, and turned the printer on and off.

 

A similar issue has been found in the community over and over with no resolution listed.

 

Called technical support, waited, and got hung up on.
