Black and White print problem

HP Recommended
HP Deskjet Ink Advantage F735 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Using HP703 black ink cartridge for HP Deskjet Ink Advantage F735 All-in-One Printer. Ink level is full.

When I print in black and white mode, , the print is not clear, the letters like "y", "g" are not printed fully. The content in other colors are not getting printed at all. The letters closer to the margins are not printed properly.

However, if I dont see many of these issues if I select. "Black Ink Only" as the print option.

Any help to resolve the above issues will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Welcome to the HP support community.

Print a diagnostic page and check how it prints?

  1. Press and hold the Cancel button (), and then press and hold the Start Copy Color button ().

  2. Release both buttons. The diagnostic page prints.

If that does not print fine, follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to fix the issue:- Click here

I hope that helps.
