I have been subscribing to hp instant ink for over 6 years. I may print 10 pages per year so my cartridges are full. Last shipment was 2020 and everytime I try to print the cartridges will not print and hp says they are full so they won't replace them even though I pay over $5.00 per month for 4 years and have not used any ink. Obviously I need new cartridges due to the age of the cartridges. Any suggestions before I cancel my subscription?
