The new black HP 932 printer cartridge not recognized or showing missing. I have reset, unplugged and done everything recommended, but sill not working. Please help.

Hi there, I have tried all the recommended fixes,  it still will not recognize just the black ink cartridge. All the other cartridges are fine, It's just the black for some reason.
