Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi!

I have an hp printer with an occasional printing plan. The black cartridge is definitely empty (right now I can only print in color). My HP account shows instead that there is ink and there is no need to change the cartridge. The next shipment is scheduled for next month. How can I do?
