I don't appear to be the first to have had this problem. 

 

Out of the blue I encountered a cartridge error. I have followed all the instructions provided by the virtual agent but I still have the error message. What is more annoying is that my Instant Ink page tells me that I will not receive ink shipments until the error is resolved - but I can't resolve it? 

 

Grateful for some help.
