Product: HP Officejet 3830

All of a sudden it appears that the black ink does not print on the paper.  I used HP print and scan doctor and it says that the ink levels are fine.  I use instant ink so I do not have any other cartridges to try them to see if it works.  When I printed a test page it looks like there is grey, but no dark black on the page even though all tests say that the ink levels are fine.
