I went to print out a piece of work for my daughter and there was an error so I checked on the app on my phone and it said the following, Cartridge Problem , The indicated cartridges are not communicating correctly with the printer, if this problem persists replace the cartridges.
Im with Instant ink and went through the steps the online agent has told me and nothing has worked, the ink cartridge is newish although it is bigger than the others ive had from instant ink in the past, but has been working fine until today.
is there a way I can get a cartridge sent out to me.
