My printer stopped printing with the black ink. Color ink is working fine. I assumed the cartridge was empty since it was just the test cartridge that came with the printer. I put in a new black ink cartridge, but it did not work either. (Note: I have the HP Ink subscription.) I have tried running the "clean cartridges" feature but it does not help-- still only color appears. I have tried calibration, but that does no good since no black ink prints on the page it wants me to scan. I don't think it is a cartridge problem. I don't know what else to try. I can't get in touch with an actual person to get anything besides an automated answer. If I want to talk to an agent, it just lets me know my warranty is expired... which I already know.
