Product: HP Deskjet 3520 e-All-in-One Printer

HP Deskjet 3520 black ink cartridge won't print.  Several new cartridges have been installed and tried with no success.  Printer updates have been checked and installed.

Excellent description and a great diagnosis. It is greatly appreciated.           

 

If you have performed all the steps from the document and after several cartridges changed. This could be a hardware issue. 

 

I recommend you contact phone support for service options. 

 

For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
