Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Color Printing is perfect. Printing with black ink the quality is horrible. Some lines do not print at all. Some print the top half of the font but not the bottom half. Replaced the black ink cartridge, same issue. Same issue with using a PC and a laptop. Any idea how to fix the issue? Thank you.
