HP Recommended

My HP Envy Photo 7155 is not printing black ink on the paper.  If I change the font to another color, it prints.  I've replaced the black ink cartridge and the problem still occurs.  I've removed it and added it back in as well.  Does anyone know how to fix this issue so it prints in black?
