Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer

Copies of black and white text print perfectly.  Printed document text only has ink on half of the character, or missing ink from center of  the characters. 

 

Alignment test pages are missing first line of any black text.   Maybe more, no example of what the test sheet should look like is shown to the user.

 

Clean print head test pages the center ink of the characters is missing.  Black ink supply was more than half, but now down to about one third from printing test pages.  Cartridges have been manually cleaned.  Using Word on Windows 10.  Printer worked great a month ago.  New internet fiber service installed since last used.  Please help.
