Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’ve been printing on glossy paper with no issue for months, but just recently, the black ink will not dry. I always make sure I have the correct paper type (glossy/photo) selected. I’ve tried changing the print quality, I’ve tried an automatic cleaning. I have no idea what to do. Whenever I try to google this issue, it just says to make sure the print settings are correct, but they already are!! At the same time this started happening, my printer started struggling to feed the paper through. I have to shove the paper down in order for the printer to grasp the paper. Could these issues be connected?
