HP OfficeJet Pro 8035e All-in-One Printer

I bought brand-new original hp cartridges but the black print does not work. The colors appear but in bad/fade appearance. I did everything hp recommended (cleaning printer head, alignment, vent, etc.) just everything. Due to all the testing most of the color has gone. Meaning the brand new cartridges are on a low color level. This is very bad and hp does not offer help due to the expired warranty. I have the feeling that the issue must be with a gray scale or only black error. When I print a copy directly at the printer, it does not show any black color at all. Is it possible that all the cartridges are damaged? Should I apply for a reimbursement? I need help, please!
