Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought this in December as an open Box item but just started setting it up today. Out of Warranty but i do have Asurion. All ink levels are full. Black is not printing.  I ran the clean cartridges utilities all the way through and the problem persists.  HP's phone support is indicating unavailable.  Before contacting Asurion, I was wondering is there anything I can do to try to fix it myself.  Thanks!
