Product: Officejet pro 6960

My printer doesn’t print black ink since I replaced the cartridge from the one it was supplied with when I brought it. I have a genuine cartridge and it is the one that is double the size of the original. I’ve already spent about 8 hours trying different things trying to get this working. Do you have any options I could try? I’ve tried cleaning the printer heads and even taken them out and sprayed contact cleaner through the printer head.

HP Recommended

Black Ink is not working after installing Adobe Acrobat Reader?  Only prints in grey and will not copy in black either.

HP Photosmart 6515.
