Product: HP Smart Tank 720 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The following are the problems with my brand-new Smart Tank 720:

  1. Black ink printing is awful, lines are not straight, smudges of black ink (always in the same area).
  2. Cleaning does not work in HP Smart. It prints the first cleaning page (test pattern 1 showing incomplete black lines) then it gets stacked in a message like “printer busy” and never gets to second cleaning stage.
  3. I cannot remove and reinstall print heads because when I open the lid print heads carriage does not move, it doesn’t slide out from the parking position.

I start to regret the money I spent to buy this machine and I will certainly return it to the shop.
