My printer will NOT print in black. I cleaned the heads numerous times. I just bought a brand new black XL ink cartridge and still no black printing. I’m ready to throw this printer out the window and convince others not to buy HP products. You can’t even talk to a human EVER especially if your warranty is expired. Totally disgusted with HP products. Went through all the videos, etc. NOTHING WORKS or corrects the problem. I guess HP makes their printers DISPOSABLE.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
