Bought brand new printer that came with a tri-voloe and a black ink cartridges. Color works great. Black not working at all. I cleaned it. Still not working. I removed that plastic strip. What do I do? I read you can unclug a vent but I see no vent. Its a HP 65 ink cartridge. I cant keep buying new ink cartridges! Thank you!

Hello, yes I tried it all. I'm frustrated because I bought this printer because it comes with ink and is compact. The color ink works perfect but the black ink does not. I cant afford to buy more ink just to find out if its the printer or the ink cartridge
