Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer

I have run the printhead cleaner several times, and have even followed some instructions to remove and soak it. All color inks print with no issue, but the black ink will not flow. Printer does not acknowledge any issue.

HP Recommended

If you have some black on paper soak it a little more, if you have 0 black then you need a new printhead.
