I bought my printer new from a shop yesterday and today have tried setting it up, which has included using the HP ink provided with the printer. I have immediately had trouble with the quality of the black produced by the printer, whereby it is either coming out very streaky or not at all. I have followed the suggestions on the app and have aligned and clean the cartridges with no improvement.
I have also tried contacting HP over the phone, only to be offered a set of options that really don't apply to me. This was following an attempt to utilise the virtual assistant and getting incredibly frustrated.
I am hoping that this avenue for support is going to be more productive than the other two options, as currently the level of customer assistance is appalling and making me regret choosing HP.
