Product: 400 MFP
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a line printing when making copies with my MFP 400 series. I looked at the green drum in the cartridge and do see a black line on the side which I assume is causing the print problem. Since I only use HP cartridges I am wondering if this is being caused by something else besides the cartridge, such as an infuser, etc.

Not sure if you are asking me a question. But to restate the issue. when I copy a paper the printed copy will have a line running down the right side of the paper.
