HP Recommended

Printer is HP Envy Photo 7855. Black ink was fading with each print. Installed brand new cartridges (black and color). Ran alignment, it failed. Ran through cartridge cleaning process, each time it printed the test page, black faded more and more until no longer printing black at all. I have tried alignment, cleaning, reset (unplug from power etc) nothing has worked.
