Black won't print, colour is very faded, both new cartridges.
I have done all of the maintenance.
Asked the virtual assistant who is as useful as a chocolate tea pot.
Done all of the maintenance again.
Looked on here to no avail.
The only issue I can see is that the ink has dried up, therefore I need new cartridges. But the printer is saying cartridges are full so instant ink won't detect that there is an issue.

What should I do next?

You can run a few more cleaning cycles that will decrease the ink level and trigger a new ink shipment.

Thank you for replying.
They are both new cartridges, how many cycles would it take to trigger the new delivery? The ink isn't being used.
Also I'm on 15 pages a month so it could also trigger a quite significant extra cost.

The cleaning cycle doesn't count as a printed page, run a few in a row and check the ink level. The ink is not being used but the printer doesn't know that and it will decrease the ink level on calculation. What is the printer model?

Oh, ok.  Thank you. I'll give that a go.

I called support and they are going to send out new cartridges. They were showing as errors on the system.
