I have just replaced the black ink for the second time and it still wont print black. The color cartriges are also low but I am just trying to print in black and white. It shows black is full on the digital display but will not print black ink. Any help would be appreciated.

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact name of the model of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
