Foolishly, I bought this POS a year or so back. I've printed maybe five pages all told, so both cartridges are full. Printing a simple text-only document results in a bunch of noise and a blank page. Cleaning (and deep-cleaning) the printheads multiple times does no good. Printing an "alignment page" gives me a practically-blank page with just a hint of color in about eight little spots that the printer doesn't recognize when I try to scan it. It can't be the ink cartridges because they both show as full and as I said, I can't have printed more than five-to-ten pages EVER from this thing, so what-in-the-world? Throw the SOB out in the street and never buy another HP product again?
