Product: HP Smart Tank 7005 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Recently our printer (smart tank 7005) won't print in black ink anymore. The tube leading from the ink tank towards the print head is empty and filled with air. Cleaning the printhead, both by the printer and manually, doesn't help. The printer doesn't give any errors.

How can we fix this?
