I bought this printer for my mother in August 2020 and now it only prints blank pages. It hums along happily, but all it produces are blank sheets (same for scanning). Ink levels are fine; I've cleaned and aligned everything repeatedly; I've reinstalled drivers, and done all the things, but now, after having printed a grand total of 96 pages since I've had it, it's apparently ready for the incinerator. I see that this is a frequent problem with this machine, but HP is not helping. Indeed, the inability to contact HP is particularly upsetting - so much for customer service. I'm ready to pitch this in the trash and never buy anything from HP again.
