All of a sudden, my printer is not printing blue or colors that mix with blue. It started when I still had some ink left in a cartridge. Did all of the suggested troubleshooting. Finally changed out the cartridges from my HP Ink sub. The blue is still not printing. So I "flushed" the print head, carefully, to clean it out. Followed a youtube tutorial. Did not work. Everything else is printing perfectly.
I've done all the cleaning/aligning/etc. On the Clean Printhead the blue prints horizontal streaks, the purple is streaked with pink, the green is streaked with yellow. The Pink, Yellow and Orange blocks are perfectly solid. I'm wasting all of my print pages on this frustrating issue.
Any help is so appreciated!

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I appreciate your efforts to try and resolve the issue, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you able to make copies without any streaks from the printer?
This seems like a hardware issue with the printer. If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and Ink cartridge errors: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04100778 if the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure. Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Hope this helps!
