Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello!

I'm having a bit of trouble with my new OJ 8012 - it's obviously having trouble with the blue cartridge and it's leaving these weird lines across anything that uses the blue ink.

I've tired:

- Running the print head clean process a few times

- Running the print head realignment twice

- Taking the cartridge out and re-inserting

- Cleaning the cartridge nozzle with a cotton bud (q-tip for US readers?!)

Although it's got a very small amount better, you can still see from the picture above that it's not working.

These were the HP cartridges that came in teh box. I'm wondering if it's just been in there so long it's dried out before I bought it?

Any ideas, very gratefully recevied!

@Alex_8012, Welcome to HP Support Community!

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

Hope this helps!
