Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7220e All-in-One Printer

Hello, I just purchased Envy inspire 7200e series all in one and after the set up i printed a colour image but the quality is very bad. I have printed a diagnostic quality printing for several times now and it turns out that the blue colour is not printed at all. How can I resolve this? The printer is brand new but not working!
