OfficeJet Pro 825

Purchased all new cartridges 902XL.  The blue color is not printing properly; it is printing in pink.  I have cleaned the print heads several times to no avail. Went onsite to HP and entered serial number and product number and it came back "product has been exchanged".  I have no idea what this means.  

 

Sorry - the cartridges are HP 910XL; not 902XL,

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
