I am a member of the instant ink program and did receive new cartridges to replace defective ones back in October. I did install them last week (as I am now working from home and need to print more) and followed all steps. The blue ink, despite being a brand new cartridge will still not print. I have no replacements! I have cleaned the printheads on all three level multiple times (to the tune of about 50 pages worth of report pages printed out, with only some blue streaks). I pay for this product and it is defective. I am super frustrated. Please help.
