Help - I purchased all new HP print cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 and the blue cartridge will not print.  I completed all the steps recommended in the HP IA chat which included cleaning the print heads.  The alignment test would not scan - even after multiple attempts.  The printer is an older printer but it is not used frequently.  Please advise.  Thank you!
