macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have an HP Inkjet Pro 8035 and a mac and anything that requires the blue ink cartridge (cyan) won't work. I've replaced it 3 times (including one free replacement from HP because they said the one I had may have quality issues), done all the cleaning and still nothing. I've been on hold and transferred all over HP for the last 1.5 hours and all I have so far is information that my warranty ran out 3 months ago that I got from the first person who said he can't help because he doesn't know macs. So two questions:

1. Has anyone resolved this issue?

2. Does anyone know how to get an actual person who can help?

I'd like to help!

 

I understand you are unable to print blue/cyan.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
