I have not been able to print the color blue for over a month. I am a teacher and this is quite frustrating. 11/06/20 was the last time I had the color blue print correctly. I have Instant Ink and have replaced the cyan cartridge twice in that time and still no luck. I also replaced yellow. All ink levels show full now. My printer is only 2 years old.
I cleaned the printer head multiple times as well. I am at a loss and about to end my Instant Ink subscription. I am not going to pay for another month and not be able to print correctly.
