Blue only printed-changed red, yellow, and black now blue won't at all- just red,yellow and blick

macOS 10.14 Mojave

Yellow, red. black ink not printing (cartridge very low) changed all three and Now the Blue (cyan) won't print. Image is now only red shades of orange and black - No blue ( ink level 1/2)  Tried multiple times cleaning heads, took blue out and reinstaled with no luck
