i get blurry bar codes when I try to print USPS labels and sometimes some pdf files have blurry 3-d glasses like print issues.

 

I have run the HP print doctor.  Unplugged the printer from the wall.  Tried a different electrical outlet.  Restored Defaults from Printers screen.  Downloaded latest driver.  Have plenty of black and color toner except yellow which is low.
