HP Recommended

I have an HP Envy Pro that takes 67 ink and accidentally bought 64, and didn't realize until after opening. Bought it at Office Depot and they definitely don't accept refunds or exchanges for opened ink cartridges (understandably). Is there any way to get a replacement through HP even though I bought it at an office supply store? I do have proof of purchase
