I have purchased an Envy 6055. I initialized the unit about ten minutes ago. It now prints properly, but only with the tri-color set-up cartridge installed. If I install the black ink set-up cartridge an ink cartridge error appears and the machine will not print. There are no instructions or directions available so I am unable to diagnose the issue on my own. What am I doing wrong?
