sent 2 private messages with 1st one being Z20 codes with magenta having a negative code, yellow Z20 was accepted. second screen shot was with Z10 cartridges codes. On the Z10 both the magenta & yellow cartridges were given negative codes if you look at them closely. The original magenta & yellow cartridges were Z20. Old cyan & black are Z10's, new replacement are Z10's also. I don't know how you do this. It's confusing. Thanks Bob.

@Jay_G24 - both @DD8712 and I have sent you a PM with the codes generated by the driver for a regionalization reset back on 1/13/2021. We would appreciate if you could send the reset codes and instructions. Thanks in advance.

I would like to thank the community for their help in resolving the regional reset situation. Especially @Bob_Headrick !!!
This man is amazing!!! He is spending his retirement helping fellow community members to resolve there issues. This gentleman spent a month attempting to obtain the regional reset codes for my HP Officejet Pro 8600. No one does this!! The support he helped me with is a "testament to his character". This man makes the world a lot better. If only everyone could be this good!! I would definitely recommend @Bob_Headrick when dealing with complex issues. Thank You again, Bob & Shilom.
