I had the previous version of this printer that quit printing blue. Couldn't fix it so I bought the new version. Printer is installed, on the network, computer recognizes it but printer is only printing blank pages. Have spent three hours going over and over the print dr tool, the online help, the virtual help (which was HORRIBLE! Kept getting put in a loop in which I had to answer the same questions over and over to get nowhere). No phone number or email  anywhere that I can find even though there are links that say they'll take you to where you can start a support ticket. Never saw that anywhere.

 

The printer makes a grinding noise when it is starting to print. Paper goes through fine but comes out blank. Cartridges seem fine, printer reads them as full. Ready to throw this printer out the window. Have NEVER had such issues just getting a printer set up.

 

Thoughts?

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

 

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

The ptinter was 2 hours old, I had just bought it at BestBuy! Returned the POS to store and purchased another brand printer! HP support service SUCKS!
